Water Distribution and Collection System: The top and bottom of the tank are equipped with header-lateral systems with strainer nozzles or stainless steel wire-wound screens for water distribution and collection. This design ensures uniform distribution of incoming water across the entire cross-section of the filter bed, preventing localized channeling and breakthrough. It also effectively prevents filter media loss and ensures efficient backwashing.

Multi-Port Valve: This is the core control component of the product. The valve is typically a rotating-type body designed with six positions (Filter, Backwash, Rinse, Circulate, Waste, Closed) or five positions. By rotating the valve core, it switches between different flow channels, directing the water flow to precisely control the filter's operating modes (filtration, backwash, rinse, etc.). The valve body is generally manufactured from ABS engineering plastic, brass, or stainless steel, offering pressure resistance and corrosion resistance.

Automatic Type: Building upon the manual type, the addition of an electric actuator or integration with brand-name automatic controllers (such as FLECK) enables fully automated operation. The controller can automatically drive the multi-port valve to switch positions according to a set time interval or pressure differential value, completing the regeneration sequence of "Backwash → Rinse → Filter." The automatic type significantly reduces the frequency of manual intervention, eliminates the risk of human error, and is particularly suitable for unattended operation or conditions requiring frequent backwashing.
